Seattle, Wash. - Dorothy K. (Cummings) Eaholtz, 80, died Oct. 17, 2007, in Seattle.
Born and raised in Bridgewater, Mass., she was a 1944 graduate of Bridgewater High School and a 1947 graduate of St. Mary's Hospital School of Nursing in New Jersey.
She was a registered nurse in the U.S. Navy for six years, where she earned the rank of lieutenant.
She lived in Bethel, Conn., for 13 years before moving to Seattle.
She was the wife of the late Galen M. Eaholtz; mother of Galen Eaholtz of Seattle, Elizabeth Eaholtz of Concord, Calif., and Timothy Eaholtz of Suffolk, Va.; sister of Grace Coleman, Lucy Cummings and James Cummings, all of Bridgewater, and Elizabeth Christofori of Plymouth, Mass. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A funeral Mass will be celebrated in St. Thomas Aquinas Church, Bridgewater, on Friday at 9 a.m. Burial will be in St. Thomas Aquinas Cemetery.
