Roger A. Brunelle, 34, of Robinson St., Woonsocket, died Wednesday, October 31st, at Rhode Island Hospital.
Born in Woonsocket, he was a resident of the city for most of his life. He resided in Maine for several years before returning to Woonsocket earlier this year.
Mr. Brunelle was employed as a construction worker in the area.
Roger enjoyed fishing, video games, and spending time with his children and family members.
Following his death, Roger gave the “Gift of Life” through being an organ donor. He immediately helped save the lives of several people.
He is survived by his father and step-mother, Roger L. Jr. and Shirley Brunelle, of Warren, his mother and step-father, Patricia A. (Bois) and Peter Woodard, of Maine. His companion, Lisa M. Burns, of Woonsocket, two daughters, Alisha L. Brunelle, and Ava D. Brunelle, a step-son, Shawn P. Burns, all of Woonsocket. Two brothers Jason A. Brunelle and Eric J. Brunelle, both of Woonsocket. He is also survived by 2 nephews, several aunts and uncles, and many cousins. He was the grandson of Helena Brunelle, of Woonsocket, and the late Roger and Estelle Bois, and Roger Brunelle.
His Mass of Christian Burial will be Friday at 10:00 am in St. John’s Church, Slatersville. Burial will follow in St. John’s Cemetery. Visiting hours are omitted.
