Pauline L. (Comeau) Vincent, 86, of Goffstown died November 2, 2007 at her residence after a brief illness.
Born in Manchester on July 29, 1921, she was the daughter of Lucien and Marie (Doucet) Comeau. She grew up on the west side of Manchester and was the sixth of seven children. She graduated from West High School in 1939 and later from Hesser College.
She married Andre “Larry” Vincent, her high school sweetheart, when he returned from World War II in 1946.
Mrs. Vincent worked as a secretary at a Manchester area insurance company for six years. She lived throughout New England and for 23 years in Ottawa, Ontario. After retirement, she lived in Manchester and wintered in Englewood, FL.
The family includes her husband of 61 years, Larry Vincent of Goffstown, NH; seven children, Ron Vincent of Auburn, NH, Patty Davitt of Manchester, NH, Paul Vincent of Lakewood, WA, Dennis Vincent of Raleigh, NC, Michelle Rocheleau of Londonderry, NH, Theresa Swabey of Toronto, Ontario and Rosemary Morrison of Ottawa, Ontario; 23 grandchildren and six great grandchildren; a brother, Maurice Comeau of Englewood, FL.
IN HER LIFE: She was predeceased by a brother, Armand Comeau and four sisters, Lucille Provost, Solange Loiselle, Lillian Perreault and Rita Janelle. She is also survived by lifelong friends, Charles “Chuck” and Rita Liamos and Kim and Irene Berry all of Englewood, FL.
Pauline was well loved by family and friends. She was an avid competitor at bridge, tennis and any game that she could join. She had an infectious laugh and a great sense of humor.

SERVICES: A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated Tuesday November 6, 2007 at Parish of the Transfiguration, corner of Kelley and Youville streets, Manchester. Committal prayers followed at Mt. Calvary Cemetery, 474 Goffstown Rd., Manchester.
