KINGSTON, NH - Witold Kuznicki, 80, a resident of Kingston, NH, and formerly a longtime resident of Malden, MA, died Thursday, October 25th at Exeter Hospital in Exeter, NH. He leaves his loving wife, Romualda (Kochanski) Kuznicki, with whom he was married for 57 years.
He was born on June 15, 1927 in Poland, the son of the late Stanislaw and the late Helena Teresa (Kowaleski) Kuznicki. Mr. Kuznicki was a Polish Army veteran serving in World War II.
Mr. Kuznicki was employed by the Spirits Company in Wakefield where he worked as a millwright. Previously he worked as a millwright for American Biltrite, Inc.
In his free time he enjoyed swimming and gardening. Mr. Kuznicki was a very handy man, who could fix anything.
He was a member of the Polish Amercian Veterans Association in Lawrence.
In addition to his wife he is survived by two sons, Edward J. Kuznicki of Groveland, MA and Richard V. Kuznicki; three daughters, Helen T. Stone and her husband John of Jaffrey, NH, Irene M. Kuznicki of Billerica, and Barbara A. Kuznicki of Brentwood, NH; two brothers, Kazimich Kuznicki of IL and Joseph Kuznicki of NJ; his sister, Sophie Chesaniuk of NY; seven grandchildren, Mark Stone of Rindge, NH, Jeffrey Stone of Los Angeles, CA, Ashley Stone of Wethersfield, CT, Andrew Kuznicki of Arlington, Thaddeus Kuznicki of Winthrop, MA, Jessica Kuznicki and Jackie Kuznicki both of Groveland, MA; several nephews and nieces.
He was also the father of the late Stanley Kuznicki and the brother of the late Ludvig Kuznicki.
Friends may call at the DRACUT FUNERAL HOME, 2159 Lakeview Avenue, DRACUT, MA on Tuesday from 10:00 until 11:00 AM, followed by his Funeral Mass to be celebrated at 11:30 AM in the Catholic Church of the Holy Trinity in Lowell, MA. Interment in Pine Grove Cemetery in Kingston, NH. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the U.S. Veterans Medical Center, 1400 VFW Parkway, W. Roxbury, MA 02132.
