WORCESTER-William G. Vanderklok, 94, formerly of 16 Louise Street died Tuesday, December 31st in Radius Healthcare Center, Millbury. His wife, Ruth E. (Walker) Vanderklok died July 4th, 2001. He leaves a sister, Elsie Finnama of Whitinsville, 2 nephews, Harold F. Proodian and Arthur F. Proodian both of Millbury and a niece, Ann I. Proodian of Shrewsbury. A sister Ann Rollma predeceased him.
He was born in Holland the son of Gurbe and Lipkje (Van Brug) Vanderklok and lived in Worcester for most of his life. Mr. Vanderklok was a meat cutter at the former Brodeur’s Market. He was a former member of Bethlehem Covenant Church.
A graveside service will be held Friday, January 3rd at 1:00 PM in Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton. There are no calling hours. O’Connor Brothers Funeral Home, 592 Park Avenue is directing arrangements.
