Virginia C. (Marshall) Sullivan age 72 of Salem, NH, died Sunday at her home.
She was born in Medford, MA, where she grew up and attended schools. She later graduated from Wellesley Junior College. Mrs. Sullivan was a resident of Salem for the past 47 years, formerly of Wakefield, MA.
Virginia had previously worked for Rudy Pivovar at his flower shop in Windham, NH. In the 1950’s Virginia worked as a secretary for the Governor of Massachusetts. She also water skied professionally at Cypress Gardens in Florida and had her Private Pilots License. Most of all Virginia was a homemaker and her family was the most important thing in her life, especially her grandchildren. She would welcome anyone into her home and treat them as family.
She was predeceased by her Brother: Frank W. Marshall Jr.
She is survived by her Loving husband: James E. Sullivan of Salem, NH

Her Stepmother: Laura Marshall of Salem, NH
11 Grandchildren: Krystal, Susan, Stephanie, James, Christopher, Michael, Scotty, Roberto, Genesis, Kate & Craig
2 Great Grandchildren: Avery & Nathan
Memorial calling hours will be held Thursday, Oct. 18 from 5-7 PM, followed by a memorial service at 7 PM at the Douglas & Johnson Funeral Home, 214 Main St, Salem, NH.
