Mother, Grandmother, and Friend Mrs. Virginia M. (Linton) O'Connor, 83, of Methuen, Massachusetts, passed away on Saturday, October 6th, 2007 at the Boston Medical Center in Boston, MA.
She was born in Roslindale, MA to the late Mr. and Mrs. Henry and Eleanor (Mahoney) Linton. Mrs. O'Connor was educated in the Methuen Elementary Schools and was a graduate of the Searles High School in Methuen, Massachusetts. Mrs. O'Connor was a volunteer for the Red Cross during WWII.
Mrs. O'Connor worked for Brockelman's Market, Kresge's Department Store, the Mass Electric Company and for Saint Monica's School as the Cafeteria Manager until her retirement in 1989.
She enjoyed reading, watching movies and Bird Watching.

Sister-in-law: Claire Linton of Methuen, MA.
As well as several nieces, nephews, cousins and close friends.
She was predeceased by her brother: Henry "Bud" Linton.
Her funeral mass will be celebrated on Thursday, October 11th, 2007 at 11:00 a.m. in Saint Monica's Church in Methuen, MA.
Burial will follow at the Elmwood Cemetery in Methuen, MA.
