John F. Victor, 88, of Taunton, formerly of Broadway, F.R. Widower of Elizabeth (Ferreira) Victor. Son of the late John F. & Rose (Rocha) Victor. Passed away in Taunton Oct. 3, 2007. Born in Taunton and lived in Fall River most of his life. He was a former member of St. Louis Church. Before retiring in 1980, he was a Control Director of the Supply Dept. at U.S. Naval Construction Battalion in Davisville for 34 years.
He is survived by 3 daughters, Jean C. Walmsley of Somerset, Elizabeth Victor of Swanton, OH, & Vanessa Arruda of Barrington, RI. 8 Grandchildren & 4 Great Grandchildren, several nieces & nephews. He was also father of the late Robert F. Victor, and brother of the late Evelyn Vieira.
His PRIVATE funeral was under the direction of the Manuel Rogers & Sons Funeral Home, 1521 N. Main St.
