Patricia Irene (Beauchamp) Anderson, age 65, formerly of Groton, died Friday, September 28, at her daughter's home in Griswold, after a lengthy illness.
Pat was born in New London on June 26, 1942, the daughter of Thelma (Will) Beauchamp of Mystic and the late Clarence Beauchamp.
A longtime former resident of Groton, she worked for many years as a School Bus Aide in the Town of Groton. She was an avid Red Sox fan and enjoyed visiting with friends and family.
She was married to Albert J. Anderson Jr. on February 3, 1967. He died on October 26, 1995. Besides her mother, she is survived by her daughters, Wendy Toney of Old Saybrook and Robin Beckmann of Griswold; 4 sisters Sandra Dart of Mystic, Alice Scott of Groton, Claire Waugh of Westerly, Denise Trapani of Texas and one brother Bruce Edwards of Montana and 4 grandchildren.
Her family will greet relatives and friends at The Dinoto Funeral Home, 17 Pearl Street, Historic downtown Mystic on Wednesday from 4 to 5:45pm immediately followed by a Time of Sharing at 6pm.
