Dartmouth - Bryan L. Tavares, aged 18 years, died Thursday, September 20, 2007 at St Luke's Hospital. He was the loved son of John P. Tavares of New Bedford and Adriana (Ferreira) Dunn of Dartmouth and Stepson of Mitchell Dunn of Dartmouth. Mr. Tavares was the brother of Cliff Raposo and Michelle Raposo, and Lisa Tavares all of New Bedford. He is also survived by his Maternal Grandfather Jose Ferreira and Paternal Grandmother Maria Tavares both of New Bedford. 1 niece; Jaeda Raposo and 1 nephew: Isaiah Raposo both of Dartmouth, and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Mr. Tavares was born in New Bedford and lived in this area all of his life. He was formerly a student at New Bedford High School and wanted to be a Computer Technician.
Mr. Tavares’ funeral is from the Perry Funeral Home, 111 Dartmouth St., on Wednesday, September 26, 2007 with a Service to take place at 10:30 A.M. Burial will follow at St. John Cemetery. Visiting hours will be Tuesday from 5-8 P.M. Relatives and friends are invited.
