Obituary

Auger of Brockton formerly of Braintree passed away Sept. 10, 2007 Alfred E. Auger 63 years. Brother of John, David, Ralph and Frank Auger, Ruth Maher, Marjorie Mitchell and Norma Mills. Loving uncle of Christine Sigren, Richard Damon, Robert Holyoke and many other nieces and nephews.
Funeral Service at Christ Congregational Church UCC 1350 Pleasant St. Brockton Friday at 10 am. Burial in Pine Hill Cemetery, West Bridgewater. Obituary

Alfred E. Auger 63 years of Brockton passed away Monday evening at the Brockton Hospital. Born in Brockton and raised in Braintree he was the son of the late Norman and Bernetta Mae (Dodge)(Auger) Merritt. For the past 30 years Mr. Auger had resided in Brockton.
A 1962 graduate of Braintree High School, Mr. Auger enlisted in the US Army soon after graduation.
Early in his career he was a manager for Kennedy Clothing Store in Brockton and in his later years he was employed by AGM Industries, Inc. in Brockton.
Mr. Auger enjoyed socializing with his friends at the Alamo and Colonial Spa in Brockton. He was also an avid Boston sports fan and especially enjoyed spending time with his nieces and nephews.
He is survived by his brothers and sisters John, David and Frank Auger all of Brockton, Ralph Auger of W. Bridgewater, Ruth Maher of Bridgewater, Marjorie Mitchell of Brockton and Norma Mills of W. Bridgewater. He also leaves many nieces and nephews
He was the brother of the late Norman and George Auger, Peggy Ann Auger and Eleanor Creedon.
