Obituary

O'Toole, Judith A. "Judy"of Quincy, formerly of Dorchester & Braintree, September 6, 2007. Dear youngest daughter of the late Thomas & Mary (Maher) O'Toole. Sister of Edna O'Toole of Boston, John & Paul O'Toole both of Braintree and the late Helen O'Toole, Anna Lawry, Mary Grillo and Frank & Thomas O'Toole. Judy is also survived by her sister in law Arlene "Midge" O'Toole of Braintree and many nieces, nephews a multitude of friends.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the funeral from the Keohane Funeral Home, 785 Hancock St., WOLLASTON, Monday at 9 AM.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in Sacred Heart Church, N. Quincy on Monday Sept. 10 at 10am.

Visiting hours Sunday 4-8pm.

Burial in Pine Hill Cemetery, Quincy.

Judy was born in Boston and raised in Dorchester. She graduated from St. Peters School in Dorchester, as well as a graduate of Cardinal Cushing High School Class of 1958. Judy was a former member of the Sisters of Charity - Halifax and a member of the Catholic Womens League as well as a member of St. Ann's Bowling League. Judy worked as a major account analyst for Boston Edison for 40 years, retiring back in 2003. She was an avid Red Sox fan. An active member at Sacred Heart Church in North Quincy and taught CCD in her parish. Judy was a member of B.E.R.A. - Boston Edison Retiree Assoc. Her family and friends described her as a fun loving, caring, selfless women who was always thinking of others. Judy took great pride in her home and she had a special way of making people feel welcome. Judy had a wonderful laugh and her personality matched it. She will be sadly missed by all those who had the pleasure of knowing her.
