George B. Eosco of Dedham died September 5, 2007. He was 86. He was the beloved husband of Nicolina (Oliva) Eosco.
Mr. Eosco was born in Italy and was the son of the late Guiseppe and Anna (Delvecchio) Eosco. A World War II Veteran having served in the U.S. Army, he was the owner and operator of Commonwealth Fuel. He was a longtime Dedham Resident.
He was the devoted father of Marie Calder of Sandwich, Penny Miller and her husband Brain of Lake Tahoe, NV and George A. Eosco and his wife Teresa of Dedham. Grandfather of Maria, Anthony and Melissa Eosco and Emily and Philip Bowman. Great grandfather of Sophia Musto. Brother of Michael and Nicholas Eosco, Lucy Lescard, Rose Nasuti and the late Joseph Eosco.
Funeral from the George F. Doherty & Sons Wilson-Cannon Funeral Home, 456 High St., Dedham, on Saturday at 8:00 AM. Funeral mass in St. Mary’s Church, Dedham, at 9:00 AM. Relatives and friends kindly invited. Visiting hours on Friday from 4-8 PM. Interment in Mt. Benedict Cemetery, West Roxbury.
