Obituary

WORCESTER__ Ann M. (Pietrewicz) Trychon, 89, of 10 Mary Scano Drive. died Sunday August 26 in Christopher House. Her husband, Albert F. Trychon died in 1995.

She leaves two sons, Albert F. Trychon, Jr. and his wife Margaret of Sutton; Ronald J. Trychon and his wife Joyce of Webster; two daughters, Marianne T. Jakusik and her husband Paul and Irene R. Cousineau and her husband Robert, all of Worcester; sixteen grandchildren, twenty great-grandchildren, two great great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a brother Stanley Pietrewicz and two sisters, Jane Pietrewicz and Genevieve Wawiernia. She was born in Worcester, daughter of Ludwik and Mary (Niedziejko) Pietrewicz and lived here all her life.

Mrs. Trychon was an inspector ten years for Sprague Electric Company and retired many years ago. She attended St. Mary’s School and graduated from Classical High School. She was a member of Our Lady of Czestochowa Church. Ann enjoyed following the Red Sox. Her family was her life and her joy. Mrs. Trychon’s family would like to acknowledge the caring staff of both Christopher House and UMASS - Memorial Hospice.

The funeral will be held on Friday August 31 from HENRY - DIRSA FUNERAL HOME, 33 Ward Street with a Mass at 10:30 am in Our Lady of Czestochowa Church, 34 Ward Street. Burial will be in Notre Dame Cemetery.
