ENGLISH, Kenneth G.- Of Peabody, formerly of Roslindale, August 24th. Devoted husband of the late Helen (Gautreau). Brother of the late Helen Metcalf, Doris Gale, Marion, Roberta and Robert English. Lovingly survived by his sister-in-law Ruth Ford of Chelsea as well as many nieces and nephews. Family and friends are kindly invited to attend a Funeral from the Smith Funeral Home, 125 Washington Avenue, CHELSEA on Thursday morning, August 30th at 8 AM followed by a Funeral Mass celebrated in St. Rose Church, 600 Broadway, CHELSEA at 9 o'clock. Visiting Hours in the Smith Funeral Home on Wednesday from 4-8 PM. Services will conclude with interment at Pine Hill Cemetery, Quincy.
Born in Braintree and a resident of Roslindale for many years until the passing of his wife Helen in 2003 he became a member of the Brooksby Village Community, kenneth passed away at the Salem Hospital after a short illness. For a number of years he worked for Berkowitz Company in Revere as a foreman.
