Francisco Arellano, 44, of Tifton died Tuesday, November 29, 2005, at his residence. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, December 2, 2005, in the Chapel of Bowen-Donaldson Home for Funerals. Rev. Jose Lopez will officiate with a private burial to be held at a later date in Mexico. The family will receive friends on Thursday, December 1, 2005, from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. at Bowen-Donaldson Home for Funerals.
Mr. Arellano was born on October 4, 1961 in Tlalnepantla, Mexico and was the son of Antonio Arellano and Paula Palacios Arellano, both of Mexico. He was a maintenance technician and a groundskeeper.
In addition to his parents, Mr. Arellano is survived by his wife, Irene Whaley Arellano of Tifton; two sons, Antonio Arellano and Alberto Arellano, both of Mexico; two daughters, Andrea Arellano and Ana Arellano, both of Mexico; two brothers, Jose Arellano of Texas and Cirilo Arellano of Mexico; five sisters, Reina Arellano, Malena Arellano, Lupe Arellano, Laura Arellano and Celia Arellano, all of Mexico; his mother-in-law, Mandy Whaley of Tifton; three sisters-in-law of Tifton; three brothers-in-law of Tifton; one cousin of Tifton; and two nieces of Tifton.
