Wilma Knight, 65, of Fitzgerald, Georgia, died Sunday, August 5, 2007 at her residence.
Funeral services will be held 2 PM, Wednesday, August 8 at Hopewell Funeral Home in Plant City, Florida, with Rev. Ricky Harper officiating. Interment will follow in Hopewell Cemetery.
Mrs. Knight was born July 23, 1942, in Hillsborough County, Florida, to the late John W. and Henrietta Barker Pike. She worked for Deep South Products in Fitzgerald.
Mrs. Knight is survived by her husband, Jim Lowrance of Fitzgerald; sons, Donald (Tina) Dias and Mark (Laura) Hall both of Fitzgerald and Rick Hall of Auburndale, FL; stepchildren, Jo Marie Ward of Palestine, TX, Edward S. Lowrance of El Paso, TX, Lisa Lowrance of New York, NY, Jeff Freeman and Waylon Freeman, both of Palestine, TX; 21 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild; sister, Bobbie Franklin of Plant City, FL. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Ronald Pike.
