Helen B. Tucker, 85, of Windham, NH died Thursday, July 19, 2007, in her home.
She was born in Methuen, Mass., on September 19, 1922, the youngest daughter of the late Anthony and Mary Krzakowski. In addition to her parents, she was also predeceased by her brothers, Mickey and Joseph Keronski. She was predeceased by her first husband, Ralph N. Beauchesne, and her second husband, Ward E. Tucker.
She managed the W.T. Grant Restaurants of Salem and North Andover, owned a landscaping business with her late husband Ward Tucker, and provided house cleaning services for residents of the local area.
Helen’s interests included driving, caring for animals, traveling in her retirement years with her husband Ward in their motor home, listening to music, ice skating and mowing with her John Deere tractor.
She is survived by two sons, Joseph R. Beauchesne of Windham, NH and Daniel J. Beauchesne of New Hampton, NH; two daughters, Dianne M. Howes of Windham, NH and Helen A. Beauchesne of Windham, NH; eleven grandchildren, eleven great- grandchildren; and two nieces, Mary and Carol Keronski of Salem, NH.
A celebration of her life will be held Saturday, August 4, 2007, from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. at the Windham Presbytarian Church Hall on N. Lowell Rd. In lieu of flowers, please forward donations to the Windham Firefighters Association, 3 Fellows Rd., Windham, NH 03087, in the name of Helen B. Tucker.
