Dorothy J. Mandell-Kelley (Hambro) of Winthrop and formerly of Revere died at home on July 17th. She was 72 years old. She is the beloved wife of the late Joseph Kelley.
Dorothy was born in Everett and raised in Revere where she attended the Revere Schools and High School. She lived in Winthrop for twenty years where she was a dedicated homemaker who adored her children and grandchildren. Dorothy was an active member of the Jewish Community of Revere and B’Nai Brith.
Dorothy was the devoted mother of Scott Mandell & his wife Donna of Revere and loving grandmother of Noel and William. She is the devoted mother of Jeffrey and devoted mother of Ross Mandell and loving grandmother of Michael, Brandon, Brooke & Brittney. Dorothy is the dear sister of Jack Hambro of Salem, MA and loving daughter of the late William & Nellie (Hartley) Hambro.
Services at the Torf Funeral Chapel, 151 Washington Ave. (CARY SQ.), Chelsea on Friday, July 20 at 11:00 AM. Interment at Woodlawn Cemetery in Everett. Memorial observance at the home of Scott and Donna Mandell of Revere on Friday only until sundown.
