LEOMINSTER-Antonios Ktistakis, 78, of Leominster, died Sunday, July 8th in UMASS-Memorial Hospital. He is survived by his wife of 51 years Hara (Pentzakis) Ktistakis; a daughter, Lena wife of Toma Duhani of Shrewsbury; a son, Kostas and his wife Gloria Ktistakis of New Port Richey, FL; a sister, Elefteria Kastrinakis of Crete, Greece; 4 grandchildren, Anthony, Alexander, Christina and Michael; and nephews and nieces. He was predeceased by several brothers and sisters.
He was born in Crete, the son of Konstantinos and Eleni (Kefaki) Ktistakis, and owned and operated K & A House of Pizza in Nashua, NH and Leominster until he retired in 1994. Mr. Ktistakis was a former member of Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church in Fitchburg; and enjoyed traveling to Greece and Florida, fishing and gardening.
The funeral is Friday, July 13th from O’CONNOR BROTHERS FUNERAL HOME, 592 Park Avenue with a service at 10:00 AM in St. Spyridon Greek Orthodox Cathedral, 102 Russell Street. Burial will be in Hope Cemetery. Calling hours are Thursday, July 12th from 6:00 until 8:00 PM in the funeral home.
