Obituary

Noonan, Francis J. "Frank" of Sandwich formerly Quincy, July 4, 2007. The beloved husband of 55 years to Marjorie A. (Fisher) Noonan. Loving father of Cheryl and her husband Clifford Momaney of Abington, David Noonan and his wife Katherine of Abington, Louise and her husband Dr. John Ouano of Northboro and Joyce and her husband Brian Enright of Stillwater, MN. He was "Bumpa" to Nicole & Holly Momaney, David & Brianna Noonan, Jack & Elizabeth Ouano and Julia Enright. Brother of the late Norma L. MacNutt. Mr. Noonan is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the funeral from the Keohane Funeral Home, 785 Hancock Street, Wollaston, Monday at 8am.

Funeral Mass in Sacred Heart Church, North Quincy Monday at 9am.

Visiting hours Sunday 4-8pm.

Burial in Blue Hill Cemetery, Braintree. Donations in memory of Mr. Noonan may be made to the Veterans Administration Medical Center, 1400 VFW Parkway, W. Roxbury, MA. Korean War United States Veteran.

Francis J. "Frank " Noonan was born and raised in Somerville. He attended Somerville schools and graduated from Bentley Collge Class of 1958. He lived in Quincy before moving to Sandwich back in 1993. Frank was employed at Stone & Webster Engineering for more than 41 yeras attaining the position of Senior Assistant Treasurer and treasurer of many of their subsidiaries traveling to London, Brazil, Saudi Arabia and Washington DC. Mr. Noonan was a charter member of the Quincy Youth Hockey and served as treasurer for two terms. Mr. Noonan served in the United States Army during the Korean War. Frank enjoyed watching the Boston Bruins and the New England Patriots.He enjoyed his many friends but love to be surrounded by his family. His wife of 55 years described him as a true gentleman, but more importantly he was a real gentle man. He was a generous man who donated to the veterans associations.
Frank will be missed by all those who loved him.
