Paula A. (Sullivan) Zito, 53, of Norton formerly of Las Vegas died on Tuesday June 26, 2007 at the Sturdy Memorial Hospital in Attleboro, MA. She was the former wife of Russell Zito.
Born in Boston, MA on June 9, 1954 she was a daughter of the late Frank A. and Barbara (Kentley) Sullivan and the late Marjorie L. (MacKinnon) Sullivan.
She spent her childhood living in Easton and was a 1974 graduate of Mansfield High School. Following high school she moved to Las Vegas where spent the next 28 years of her life. Paula attended Clark County Community College in Las Vegas where she majored in pyschology and child development.
Paula had worked as a Title Officer at the Nevada Title Co. in Las Vegas for 23 years and more recently at the Stewart Title Co. also in Las Vegas.
She returned to Massachusetts in 2006 to be closer to her family and had been living in Norton.
She enjoyed skiing, bowling, crafts, cooking, boating and traveling. Paula loved visiting Cape Cod but she received the most pleasure in life taking care of her faithful dogs and spending time with her family.
She is survived by 1 brother; Francis G. Sullivan of Groton, Conn. 6 sisters; Barbara J. Pelletier of Norton, Katherine A. Davis of Norton, Donna J. Dionne of Norton, Judith E. Buswell of Norton, Bonny L. Luke of Easton and Mary Jane Ashe of Plymouth. She was the sister of the late Janice M. McGuinness , who died in 2006. Also survived by 1 aunt; Mary Sullivan of Waltham and Scituate as well as many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews and her beloved dogs Hailey and Molly.
Graveside services, to which relatives and friends are cordially invited to attend, will be held on Saturday June 30th at 10:00 A.M. at the Timothy Plain Cemetery in Norton.
