Obituary

James W. MacMillan, passed away on Monday at the Faulkner Hospital, Boston following a extended illness, the husband of Maragaret (DiStefano) MacMillan. He was eighty-one.

Born in Cambridge he was the son of the late Ellen (Ross) and Laughlin MacMillan. Jim worked in the electronic manufacturing business for many years before his retirement, he also was a muscian and enjoyed playing the guitar and mandolin in many clubs around greater Boston and at private functions. He was a US Army Veteran serving during World War II from 1942 to 1946.

His funeral will be from the Dello Russo Funeral Home 306 Main St. Medford on Saturday, November 30, at 8 a.m. Followed by a funeral mass celebrated in the Immaculate Conception Church 600 Pleasant St. Malden at 9. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend.

Visiting Hours at the Dello Russo Funeral Home 306 Main St. Medford on Friday from 5 thru 7. Services will conclude with burial at St. Michael Cemetery, Malden.
