Obituary

Geraldine F. “Deanie” (Hogan) Kelley, 75, died Monday, June 11, 2007 at the Copley at Stoughton Nursing Home in Stoughton after a period of failing health. She was the daughter of the late Madeline M. (Donovan) Hogan and Jerome T. Hogan. Born in Stoughton, she was a longtime resident of Stoughton and a graduate of St. John’s School in Canton and Stoughton High School. She worked as a consultant for New England Telephone and AT&T for 33 years before retiring in 1985. Ms. Kelley lived in New York for several years and was the former Union President at New York Telephone. She was a member of the Telephone Pioneers and the Telephone Workers Union. In her free time she enjoyed traveling to Foxwoods and spending time with her family.

Ms. Kelley is survived by her sisters, Mal Roach and Mary Allen both of Stoughton and Dorothy Follett of Foxboro. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Funeral will be held from the Farley Funeral Home, 358 Park St. (Rt. 27) Stoughton on Thursday, June 14 at 9:30 AM followed by a Funeral Mass at Immaculate Conception Church, Stoughton at 10:30 AM. Visiting Hours Wednesday 4-8 PM. Burial will take place at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery in Stoughton. Donations in Deanie’s name may be made to Old Colony Hospice, 1 Credit Union Way, Randolph, 02368.
