Angie J. Marotta, of Medford, died Friday evening at the Lawrence Memorial Hospital, Medford. She was 82.
Mrs. Marotta was born in Boston and was the daughter of the late Anthony and the late Maria (Nardone) IannillaAngie lived much of her life in Roslindale and was a Medford resident for the past 25 years.She was an active member of the Forever Young Club of Medford.
She is survived by her husband Gaspare “Gus” Marotta; one daughter, Elizabeth Lyons of Revere and a son, Salvatore Marotta of Framingham. She leaves her grandchildren, Nicole Rotatori, Christopher A. Lyons and Elyse Lyons. She is also survived by 2 great grandchildren.
Friends may visit Sunday from 4 thru 8 at the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St., Medford.Her funeral mass will be celebrated at St. Joseph Church, 118 High Street, Medford, Monday at 11 AM .
Burial will follow at Oak Grove Cemetery, Medford.
