Obituary

WORCESTER___Helen E. (Waska) Kamandulis, 90, of 14 Masonic Circle, Auburn, formerly of 13 Mars Street, died Monday May 28 in Life Care Center of Auburn. Her husband, William C. Kamandulis died in 1975.

She leaves a son, William P. Kamandulis and his wife Denyse of Sutton; a daughter, Carolyn I. Granger and her husband, Raymond of Auburn; two granddaughters, Lissa A. Sellew and Sherri J. Brule and her husband Jeremy, three great-grandchildren, Matt, Jason and Ciara and several nephews and nieces. She was predeceased by a brother and a sister, Stanley P. Waska and Mary Pajala. She was born in Worcester, a daughter of Michael and Antonina (Blosewicz) Waska and lived in Worcester all her life.

Mrs. Kamandulis was a sales clerk several years for the former Denholm & McKay Co. and retired many years ago. She was a graduate of Commerce High School. She was a former member of Our Lady of Vilna Church and its Ladies Auxiliary. Helen was a volunteer worker for the Salvation Army and was an avid bingo player.

The funeral will be held on Thursday May 31 from DIRSA-MORIN FUNERAL HOME, 298 Grafton Street, with a Mass at 10:30 a.m. in Our Lady of Vilna Church, 151 Sterling Street. Burial will be in Notre Dame Cemetery.
