Domenic J. Zampell, 96 of 22 Fountain St., Medford MA, died Friday in the Courtyard Nursing Care Center Medford, MA. Born in Beverly, MA, he was the son of the late James and the late Rosina (Mazzaroni) Zampell. He served in the US Army during World War II.
Mr. Zampell died after a lengthy illness, a Medford resident for over sixty years, he retired in 1973 from the B & M Railroad where he worked for over 30 years as a machinist. He celebrated his 60th wedding anniversary this year

Funeral mass will be celebrated Tuesday at 09:00 AM in St. Joseph Church, 118 High Street, Medford. Interment will be in Oak Grove Cemetery, Medford. Friends may visit Monday from at the Dello Russo Funeral Service, 306 Main St., Medford.
