John J. O’Connor, Jr.

John J. O’Connor, Jr. 62, of Foxboro formerly of Berkley and Easton died on Thursday May 17, 2007 at Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston, MA.
Born in Boston, MA on October 23, 1944 he was a loving son of Catherine (McDonald) O’Connor of Foxboro and Englewood, Florida and the late John J. O’Connor, Sr.
He grew up in Boston and Randolph, was educated in Boston and Randolph schools and was a graduate of Randolph High School.
Mr. O’Connor had been employed in the construction business. He was very thankful for being the recipient of a kidney transplant 10 years ago.
John was an avid motorcycle and sports enthusiast who also treasured the times spent with his cherished grandchildren and family. His family will always remember him as a giving person.
He had made his home in Foxboro for the past 3 years and was formerly of Berkley and Easton.
In addition to his beloved mother he is survived by his devoted children; Kim E. Daniels and her husband Chris of Easton, Katherine D. Kaplan and her husband Scott of Norton and John J. O’Connor, III of Mansfield. His dear sister Maureen Bowen of Foxboro. His cherished grandchildren; Timothy Daniels, Emily Daniels, Lauren Rose Kaplan, Michael Daniels, Ryan Kaplan and Jordan Hennessy. Also surviving are many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
His funeral Mass, to which relatives and friends are cordially invited to attend, will be celebrated on Friday May 25th at 10:00 A.M. in the Immaculate Conception Church, Main St., Easton. Burial will be private.
