Obituary

AUBURN- Karoll G. Chrobak, 84, of 100 Wallace Avenue died Sunday, November 17, 2002 in Saint Vincent Hospital.

He leaves his wife, Ellen C. (Annesty) Chrobak ; a son, Mark K. Chrobak of Sutton; a daughter, Linda A. Leonard of Charlton; two brothers, Edward A. Chrobak of Sutton and Stephen P. Chrobak of Spencer; two sisters, Frances M. Murphy of Auburn and Mary V. Giro of North Kingston, R.I. also survived by 4 grandchildren and 8 nieces and nephews.He had two brothers, Albert Chrobak and George I. Chroback and one sister, Adela Siminiski predeceased him.

Mr. Chrobak was born in Worcester, son of the late George and Anna (Kubicki) Chrobak and had lived in Auburn for the past 52 years. Mr. Chrobak was a U.S. Army Veteran having served in the European Africian Middle Eastern Theater.

Mr. Chrobak had worked as a truck mechanic for over 38 years for Worcester Mack in Worcester before he retied. He later worked part-time for P.T. Watts Inc. in Sutton for a few years.

Mr. Chrobak was a member of Saint Joseph's Church in Auburn and was former member of the Auburn Knights of Columbus # 4158.

Mr. Chrobak's funeral will be held on Wednesday, November 20, 2002 from the Britton-Wallace Funeral Home, (brittonfuneralhomes.com) 91 Central Street, Auburn with a funeral Mass at 9:30 A.M. in Saint Joseph CHurch, 189 Oxford Street, Auburn. Burial will be in Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton. Calling hours will be Tuesday, November 19, 2002 from 2-4 and 6-8 P.M. in the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Aunerican Diabetes Association, P.O. Box 2680, North Canton, Ohio 44720.
