JoAnn (Tambuzza) Anderson of Stoneham passed away Thursday, May 3, 2007 at her home. She was 69 years of age.
Born in Boston, JoAnn was the loving daughter of the late Joseph and Jennie (Mauceri) Tambuzza. She was a warm and caring daughter, sister, mother, aunt and friend. She will be missed by all who knew her.
JoAnn was an employee with the Town of Stoneham Police Department. She was very interested and involved in the Town. She was a Registrar of Voters.
JoAnn was the devoted mother of Glen Anderson and his wife Jessica of Westford and dear sister of Cecilia LaMattina of Stoneham and Jennie LoPilato of Somerville. She was the loving aunt of many nieces and nephews.
Funeral from the Barile Family Funeral Home, 482 Main St. (RT 28) STONEHAM Tuesday at 9am followed by a Funeral Mass celebrating JoAnn’s life in St. Joseph’s Church, 173 Albion St. Wakefield at 10am. Family and friends are kindly invited Visiting Hours, Monday 4-8pm. Parking attendants will be on duty. Interment St. Patrick’s Cemetery, Stoneham.
