Obituary

Helen L. Noble, of Olyphant, died Tuesday evening at home following a long illness. She was the widow of Wendell Noble, who died in 1980.

Born in Shamrock, Texas, daughter of Myrtle Quinton Young and the late John Young, she was employed by WEA Manufacturing Co. for more than 15 years before retirement.

She was a loving, giving and compassionate mother and friend. She will be missed by all who knew her and all whose lives she touched.

Surviving are three sons, Nicholas Aiello and wife, Nancy, Tunkhannock; John Aiello and wife, Diane, Jessup; and Frank Robert Aiello and wife, Barbara Jean, Arizona; two daughters, Kathy "Mamie" Noble, California; and Wendy and husband, David Minoske, Olyphant; two sisters, Evelyn Marie Dalton, California; and Joycee Lee Whitcomb, Missouri; 17 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews.

She was also preceded in death by a daughter, Catherine Ann Noble; a son, Frank George Aiello; a grandson, Cody; and two brothers, Bobby and Rex Young.

The funeral will be Tuesday with a blessing service at 11 a.m. in the Michael P. Glinsky Funeral Home Inc., 129 Grant St., Olyphant, by the Rev. Joseph Fonti. Interment, St. Patrick's Cemetery, Blakely.
