Beloved husband of the late Alice M. (Snell) Elliott, Loving father of Diane E. King of OH, and Linda A. Cerone of Ohio. Brother of Norma, Alice and Larry, and the late Paula, Ginny, Ruthie, Florence and Bob. Also lovingly survived by 5 grandchildren.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the funeral from the Keohane Funeral Home, 785 Hancock St., WOLLASTON, Tuesday at 9 AM.
Funeral Mass in Saint Ann's Church, Wollaston at 10:00 AM.
Visiting hours Monday 5- 8 PM.
Burial in Pine Hill Cemetery, Quincy.
Mr. Elliott was born in Boston and was raised in Dorchester. He was a graduate of Commerce High School in Roxbury. Alfred worked for the U.S. Postal Service in Boston as a mail sorter for 25 years before retiring in 1997. He worked for Stahleker Steel Co. in Cambridge as a salesman for many years earlier in his life. Alfred enjoyed bowling, playing cards with his daughters and family members. He was very passionate about the Red Sox and the Patriots. Mr. Elliott spent most of his retired life with his grandchildren, he was very devoted to his family. Alfred was a WWII Army Veteran.
