Julia Ann (Morgan) Jennings, age 49, of Long Pond Road, Ledyard, passed away Sunday at home. She is survived by her husband, Raymond Jennings.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by her son Jamie Chapel Hopkins of Alabama and stepson Daniel Raymond Jennings of Groton. Julia is also survived by her parents Sally and James Connelly of North Stonington and Richard Morgan of Florida; sister Cynthia Bevilacqua and her husband Michael of Maine; brother Richard Morgan and his wife Cheryl of Norwich; brother Sean Morgan and his wife Heidi of Lisbon; sister Kelly Blanchard and her husband Jason of Norwich; mother-in-law Sadie M. Tremblay of Groton, 2 grandaughters, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Julia enjoyed gardening, camping, fishing and particularly loved going to Maine for visits.

A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Sacred Heart Church, Route 169, Taftville on Friday at 11am. Burial will be private. Visitation is private for the family.
