Carl Derek "Rick" Nute, 49, of Concord, NH died April 15, 2007 at the Concord Hospital after a brief illness.
He was born in Manchester, NH on August 25, 1957, the son of James W. and Constance (Clough) Nute. He was educated in California and was a graduate of Costa Mesa High School. He received his degree from Orange Coast College. He had moved back to the Manchester area and made his residence here for the past 20 years.
Rick was an avid reader and a gifted artist who enjoyed playing the guitar. He loved golfing, skiing, and four-wheeling.
IN HIS LIFE: Members of his family include his mother, Constance Clough Nute-Petucka and her husband Edward Petucka of Mission Viejo, CA; two brothers, James Clough Nute and his wife Margie Nute of San Diego, CA and Kristofer Kendrik Nute of Corona, CA; five nieces and three nephews; two uncles, Charles Clough of Manchester, NH and Peter Nute of Seattle, WA; an aunt, Janice Clough Kerbyson of San Jose, CA and numerous cousins. He was predeceased by his father, James W. Nute, paternal grandparents, James and Katherine Nute, and his maternal grandparents, Charles and Elizabeth Clough.
A memorial Mass of Christian burial was celebrated on Thursday, April 26, 2007 in St. Catherine Church. Urn burial followed in Pine Grove Cemetery, Manchester.
