Obituary


Yvette R. Trudel 83 of 9C Early Village died Friday at home. She was the wife of the late Albert Trudel. Mrs. Trudel was born in Woonsocket a daughter of the late Aldor and Marietta (Duquette) St. Pierre. She worked for the lunch program of the Woonsocket School Dept. for eighteen years retiring twenty years ago.

She is survived by three sons Peter Trudel of Blackstone, MA, Daniel Trudel of Elko NV, Jean Trudel of Scotsdale, AZ, two daughters Anne Blais of N. Smithfield, and Christine Puksta of Clairemont, NH., five sisters Geramin Dubois of N. Smithfield, Madeleine Lockwood, Claire Forcier, and Lucille Fershke all of Woonsocket, and Jeannine Hebert of Jamestown, and twelve grandchildren.

Her funeral will be held Wednesday at 8:30 from the Fournier & Fournier Funeral Home 463 South Main St. Woonsocket with a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 in St. Paul’s Church, St. Paul St. Blackstone, MA. Burial will follow in Resurrection Cemetery in Cumberland. Visiting hours are Wednesday 8:30 to 10:30 am., prior to Mass. In lieu of floers donations to the American Cancer Society 931 Jefferson Blvd. Suite 3004, Warwick, RI 02886 in her memory would be appreciated.
