James D. Brown, age 71 of Salem, NH, died Saturday at the Methuen Health & Rehab, Methuen, MA.
He was born in Lawrence, MA, grew up and was schooled in South Lawrence, MA. He was a resident of Salem, NH for the past 36 years, formerly of So. Lawrence.
Mr. Brown was a Truck Driver for Merrimack Valley Distribution Company in Danvers, MA. He was a member of Mary Queen of Peace Church in Salem, NH, and was formerly in the Marine Reserves. Mr. Brown also loved bowling and music. He was also in the Teamsters Union, Local # 49.
He is survived by his wife: Juliet T. (Aziz) Brown of Salem, NH

A funeral Mass will be celebrated Wednesday, April 17 at 10 AM at Mary Queen of Peace Church, Salem, NH. Cremation will follow.
Calling hours will be held Tuesday, April 17 from 5-8 PM at the Douglas & Johnson Funeral Home, 214 Main St, Salem, NH.
