Patricia Snow Tolbert, 42, of Tifton died Tuesday, April 10, 2007, at Tift Regional Medical Center. Memorial services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 21, 2007, at Tift Avenue Missionary Baptist Church. Rev. Terrell Roberts will officiate with a private burial to follow at a later date.
Ms. Tolbert was born on November 6, 1964 in Tuscaloosa, Alabama and was the daughter of Earl Mann of Tifton and the late Ann Edmondson Mann. She was a homemaker and a member of Tift Avenue Missionary Baptist Church. She had lived in Tifton for 37 years.
In addition to her father, Ms. Tolbert is survived by two sons, Blake Tolbert of Tifton and Bryce Tolbert of Tifton; one sister, Penny Ray of Alabama; one aunt, Sue Sanford of Alabama; and special friends, Chris Tolbert of Tifton and George and Merle Griffin of the West Berrien Community.
