Obituary

LAWRENCE – Paul A. Arba age 52 died Tuesday April 3, 2007 at Lawrence General Hospital after a lengthy illness.

Born and educated in Lawrence, he was the son of Bejamin and Mary Arba. He graduated from Lawrence High School and attended Lowell Technological Institute. He was employed as a electro/mechnical technician and machinist for several area companies which included New England Power Company in Salem Harbor, Dyonics in Andover, U.S. Filter in Lowell and Hewlitt Packard in Andover.

Paul was a cancer survivor since 1985, prior to his latest illness he was a full-time care giver for his parents. According to his family he loved flyfishing and camping with his family. He was an accomplished craftsman who enjoyed home improvement projects, hand-crafting furniture, model ship building, model railroading and was known for his custom fly fishing rods.

He is survived by his mother Mary Arba of Lawrence, and his brother John and his wife Louise Arba of Bradford.
1 nephew Nicholas.

ARRANGEMENTS: Family and friends may call on Tuesday from 8:45a.m. – 10:45a.m. Funeral services will follow at 11:00a.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be in the Elmwood Cemetery in Methuen, MA.
