Elizabeth R. Prest, of Putnam Pike in Greenville died Sunday, April 1, 2007 at
The Village at Waterman Lake.
She was the wife of the late James E. Prest, Sr.
Born in Providence, she was a daughter of the late Maurice and Rose (Lyons) Teehan, she lived in Greenville for over 60 years.
Mrs. Prest was a member of St. Philip’s Church and St. Philip's Rosary & Altar Society.
She is survived by her children, Edward J. Prest of Pomfret, CT, Rosellen Russell of Smithfield and Joseph E. Prest of Killingly, CT; six grandchildren,nine Great Grandchildren and two sisters, Margaret Hand and Catherine Labrie. She was the mother of the late James E. Prest, Jr. and sister of the late James, Maurice and Veronica Teehan, Rose Smith, Evelyn Gagne, Anna Lemoi and Mary Mullen.
Her funeral will be held Thursday at 8:30 am from the Anderson-Winfield Funeral Home, Route 44 at Greenville
Common, Greenville, RI. Prayers of Final Commendation at 9:30 am in
St. Philip Church, 622 Putnam Pike, Greenville, RI 02828. Burial will be in Rhode Island Veterans Cemetery, Exeter. Visitation Wednesday 4-7.
