Marie E. (Modestino) Pepe, 88, died Saturday, March 31, at the Caritas Good Samaritan Medical Center in Brockton. She was the wife of 67 years of Carmine Pepe. Born in Boston, she was a graduate of Boston Schools. She was a homemaker. In her free time, she enjoyed traveling to Foxwoods and Florida and crocheting.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by her children: Ann Marie Wanders of Stoughton and Robert Pepe of Dedham. She was the sister of the late Lou Modestino, William Modestino and Salvatore Modestino. Mrs. Wanders was the grandmother of Maureen, David Wanders and the late Dianne Wanders.
Funeral Service will be held in the Farley Funeral Home, 358 Park St. (Rt. 27) Stoughton on Wednesday, April 4 at 10 AM. Visiting Hours Tuesday 5-8 PM. Burial will follow at St. Michael’s Cemetery, Roslindale
