Obituary

Kathleen I. (Sullivan) Nutter, 91 years of Brockton died Tuesday at the Brockton Hospital after a period of failing health. She was the wife of the late Ezra S. Nutter. Mrs. Nutter was born and raised in Boston, a daughter of the late James R. and Victoria (Tupper) Sullivan. For the past 50 years she had been a resident of Brockton.
Mrs. Nutter had worked as an inspector for Armstrong Cork Company in Braintree and the Dartmouth Shoe Company in Brockton.
Mrs. Nutter was a loving and nurturing mother who shared her gifts by being a foster mother to many children in need.
She is survived by three daughters Shirley L. Bedeski of Spokane, Washington; Cynthia L. Matroni-Wysocki of Enfield, CT and Paulette M. Chassey of Taunton
She also leaves 16 grandchildren, 28 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren and special mention to her loving grandson Steven Bedeski of East Bridgewater for all his love and support and Jean Pattison of Weymouth and her children who loved Kathleen as "Mother and Grandmother".
She was the sister of William J. Sullivan of N. Easton; Ruth Sullivan of Marshfield and the late Daniel J. and Bernard C. Sullivan, Evelyn Tupper and Helene Wolfe.
Graveside services in Calvary Cemetery will be held at a later date.
