Bridgewater- Richard C. Jenesky, 65, of Bridgewater, died Monday, March 26, 2007, at Tufts New England Medical Center, Boston. He was the husband of Nancy (Brown) Jenesky.
Born Oct. 16, 1941, in Pittsburgh, PA, he was the son of the late Walter and Martha (Ruby) Jenesky.
He was raised and educated in Pittsburgh, PA, and also attended University of Connecticut.
Mr. Jenesky had been a resident of Bridgewater for the past 40 years.
He was a procurement manager at Tufts New England Medical Center in Boston for the past 4 years and had previously been the director of material management at South Shore Hospital in Weymouth for 13 years.
Mr. Jenesky served with the U.S. Navy.
He enjoyed hiking, tennis, traveling and canoeing.
He was the husband of Nancy (Brown); father of Laurie Morgan of Bridgewater, Pamela Tassey of Whitman and Derek Jenesky of Foxboro; brother of Dennis Jenesky of Pittsburgh, PA, and the late Donna Wheeler. Also survived by seven grandchildren.
His Funeral service will be held in Central Square Congregational Church, Central Square , Bridgewater, Thursday at 10 am.
Visiting hours in the Prophett Funeral Home, 98 Bedford St., (Rte. 18), Bridgewater, Wednesday 4-8 pm. Burial in Elmwood Cemetery, East Bridgewater.
