Mary Vrabel, Olyphant, died Sunday afternoon at the Lackawanna County Health Care Center, Blakely.
Born in Olyphant, daughter of the late Michael and Anna Squirlock Vrabel, she attended Holy Ghost and Olyphant high schools and was employed by various Midvalley sewing factories before retirement.
She was a member of Holy Ghost Church, Olyphant.
Surviving are a niece, Nancy Vrabel; and numerous cousins.
She was also preceded in death by two brothers, George and Michael, and a sister, Margaret.
The funeral will be Thursday at 9 a.m. from the Michael P. Glinsky Funeral Home, 129 Grant St., Olyphant, with Mass at 9:30 in Holy Ghost Church, Willow Street, Olyphant. Interment, parish cemetery, Blakely.
Friends may call Wednesday, 4 to 7 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Holy Ghost Renovation Fund, 200 Delaware St., Olyphant, 18447.
