Mary (Magagna) Vogel, 89, of New Bedford died March 13, 2007 at Alden Court Nursing & Rehabilitation Center after a brief illness.
She was the wife of the late John Vogel.
Born in New Bedford, the daughter of the late Massimo and Amalia (Ropelli) Magagna, she lived in Fairhaven for many years before moving to New Bedford in 2006.
Mrs. Vogel was employed for many years with the New York, New Haven & Hartford Railroad Company.
Survivors include a son, John Vogel of New Bedford; and two nieces, Lillian Lemay of New Bedford and Kathy Peeler of Florida.
Her private Funeral Service was held on Friday, March 16th in the Saunders-Dwyer Home For Funerals, 495 Park St. New Bedford. Burial followed in Pine Grove Cemetery.
