A Memorial Service will be held Saturday at 2 pm. in the J. Frank Conley Funeral Home, 138 Belmont Street (Rte 123) Brockton. Visitation one hour before service. Obituary
Mr. King died Sunday at his home after a period of failing health.Born and raised in Somerville, he was the son of the late John P. and Evelyn (Rogers) King. He had been a resident of Malden for the past 10 years, previously living in Brockton and Florida.
Mr. King had been a security guard for Burns, Pinkerton Ogden and Brinks. He had been a model in the Boston magazines.
He was a past member of the Boston Breakers CB Club. His handle was Porky.He loved to dance and was a member of TSL “The Single Life” of Wilmington and he also enjoyed collecting clowns
He is survived by 4 sons, Paul T. King of Lynn, Paul A. McLaughlin, Thomas J. McLaughlin of Everett and Dwayne M. King of Brockton, a daughter Lee Mann of Brockton, 12 grandchildren, 2 nieces and 2 nephews, several great nieces and nephewsBrother of the late Marguerite Davis.
