Obituary

Frank P. Tedino, 85, of Orchard Avenue, a construction supervisor for various firms in Massachusetts and Rhode Island died Thursday, March 8, 2007, at the Hospice Inpatient Center. He was the husband of Eleanor “Helen” (Ruggieri) Tedino. They were married for 62 years.
Born in Johnston, a son of the late Costanzo and Filomena (Ciarmello) Tedino, he lived in Smithfield since 1956.
Mr. Tedino was a WWII veteran of the US Coast Guard. He was a member of the American Legion Balfour Cole Post #64, the Smithfield Sr. Center and the Melody Hill Golf Club.
He is also survived by his children, Patricia Salley of Scituate and Frank A. Tedino of Johnston, four grandchildren and three great grandchildren and a brother, George Tedino of South Attleboro. He was the brother of the late Joseph Tedino.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday at 9:30am in St. Philip Church, 622 Putnam Pike, Greenville, RI 02828. Burial with military honors in St. Ann’s Cemetery. Visitation Sunday 4-7 pm in the ANDERSON-WINFIELD Funeral Home, Route 44 at Greenville Common, Greenville. In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be made to Home & Hospice Care, 169 George Street, Pawtucket, RI 02860.
