Peter Smith Kelleher, 51 of New York City, and Palm Springs, CA, formerly of Worcester passed away March 6 th after a courageous battle with cancer. He was born in Worcester the son of Thomas A Kelleher and the late Mary R. Kelleher. He leaves behind his partner of nine years Christopher Marlowe of New York City, two sisters Margaret E Kelleher of Rowayton, CT and Susan K Sinnott and her husband James of North Attleboro, and their daughters Kathryn & Emily. Three brothers, Andrew R. Kelleher of Worcester, and his wife Kathryn and their children Solon & Alexis, David R Kelleher of Worcester, and his wife Tammy and their three children Elizabeth, Alexandra, and Harrison, and Michael S. Kelleher of Shrewsbury and his wife Martha, and their daughters Madeline and Margaux, and he was predeceased by his brother Kevin R Kelleher.
Peter attended St John’s High School, and graduated from St Anselm’s College in Manchester, NH. He also attended The New England College in Arundel, England during his junior year of college.
Peter was employed for the last seventeen years by Prudential Douglas Elliman where he was the Executive Vice President and Director of Sales. Peter will always be remembered for his quick wit, dedication to his family, friends, and colleagues and someone who made a difference in the lives of many.
There will be no calling hours. There will be a funeral Mass Saturday, March 10th, at 10:00 AM at Immaculate Conception Church, 353 Grove St., Worcester, MA 01605.
