Fall River-Edward Cardoza aged 70 died Saturday March 3rd at Charleton Memorial Hospital. He was the loving husband of Natalie (Pavao) Cardoza. He was the father of Sharon Marie Goldstein and her husband David Jack of Dartmouth, Brenda Jean Cardoza and her friend Criss Massie of Maryland, Dr. Melanie Leslie Cardoza of New Bedford. He was the loving grandfather of Ashley Micole Goldstein, and Jonathan Edward Massie-Cardoza. He was the brother of Milton Cardoza Jr. of New Bedford, Lucy Cardoza of Dartmouth, and the late George Cardoza. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Mr. Cardoza was the son of the late Milton and Emma (Frias) Cardoza. He was born in New Bedford and lived in this area all his life. He was a plasterer for Gregoire & Sons until his retirement.
Mr. Cardoza’s Funeral from the Perry Funeral Home 111 Dartmouth St. Wednesday at 8 A.M. A Mass of Christian Burial will be at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church at 9 A.M. Relatives and friends are invited. Visiting hours Tuesday 5-8 P.M. He will be buried will be at St. John Cemetery.
