FALL RIVER - Maria Guilhermina (Medeiros) Pacheco, 85, of 2446 Highland Ave., formerly of 13 Crescent St. Fall River, died Saturday in Fall River at Charlton Memorial Hospital. She was the wife of the late Aurelio Pacheco. She is survived by 5 Sons: Claudio Pacheco, Valter Pacheco, Carlos Pacheco, Paul Pacheco, and Emanuel Pacheco all of Fall River; 1 Daughter: Laudlina Pacheco of Fall River; 1 Brother: Jose Medeiros of Fall River; 1 Sister: Catarina da Silva of Canada; 16 Grandchildren; 3 Great-grandchildren; and several Nieces and Nephews.
Born in Furnas, Sao Miguel, Azores, the daughter of the late Manuel Medeiros Teles and the late Maria Jose (Sousa) Medeiros. She was a resident of Fall River since 1973, and became a U.S. Citizen in 1997. Before retiring, she had worked as a Machine Operator for Shelburne Shirt Manufacturing Co. in Fall River.
Her funeral will take place from the Manuel Rogers & Sons Funeral Home, 1521 No. Main St., Fall River, MA on Tuesday at 7:45 A.M., followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Michael Church at 8:45 A.M. Interment in St. Patrick Cemetery. Calling Hours on Monday 4:00-8:00 P.M.
