Theodore A Zajac of Derry, NH and formerly of Dallas Texas died Friday afternoon at Parkland Medical Center after a sudden illness, he was 65 years old.
Mr. Zajac was born in Detroit, Michigan where he was raised and graduated from High School.
He worked as a Quality Control Tester for Lucent Technologies and recently retired from the Mesquite, Texas plant. He was a U.S. Air Force Veteran and also served in the Air Force Reserves. For the past year Mr. Zajac lived in Salem, NH and Derry, NH and attended St. Matthew Parish in Windham, NH where he would participate in the choir.
He was the son of the late Thaddeus and Elizabeth (Gaeschke) Zajac
The widower of Paulette Zajac who died in 1995
Brother of the late Robert Zajac who died in 1982.

Brother and sister in law, Tom and Monique Rittenhouse of New Jersey
Sister in law, Carol Zajac of Albany, New YorkSeveral nieces & nephews.
Burial will be in Grove Hill Memorial Park in Dallas, Texas. A memorial service will take place at a later date.
